Bondioli & Pavesi Genuine Universal

• Most universals today were designed  for industrial applications, Bondioli & Pavesi produce universals specially designed for the agricultural sector.  Agricultural drivelines are subject to high and fluctuating torque loads and require heavy duty components.  Working angles tend to be large and variable unlike industrial settings where variables are generally very small.
• Dust, dirt and moisture will shorten the life  of your shaft, so effective sealing is essential to retain lubricants and protect from contamination. Genuine Bondioli & Pavesi Universals have needle bearings with double lip seals, designed to prevent dust and dirt contamination.
• Genuine Bondioli crosses have higher strength trunnions, increased needle bearing life and longer lubrication intervals

• Bondioli & Pavesi Yokes are made from high quality steel built to withstand the sideways flexing force which occurs under load. This overcomes the problems of yokes shattering, unlike many of the alternative manufacturers who use poor quality steel.

• The performance of Bondioli universal joints, demands an equally high performance from telescopic driveline tubes. The design results in a tube with high strength, minimal thrust force and low weight which overall means a stronger and more functional driveshaft.
• Tubing used on wide angle driveshafts is Rilsan plastic coated to ensure even less telescopic thrust and longer life.

Bondioli & Pavesi Gearboxes

BYPY Transmissions distributes a full range of Bondioli & Pavesi gearboxes with: -

•          Horsepower ratings starting from as low 12Hp and exceeding 400Hp. 
•          Gearboxes also come in a range of Ratios both Increasing and Decreasing starting from 1:1 and up to 1:4  
•          In some applications even higher ratios can be available upon request.
•          The Bondioli & Pavesi range of Gearboxes come in several configurations, “T”, Right Angle, Slasher/Cutting Head and even Gearboxes with 4 Shafts or Built in Overrun.  

BIMA gearboxes are: 

•          Mainly Parallel Shaft and come in a wide range of configurations, shafting arrangements and ratios.
•          Ratios both Increasing and Decreasing between 1:1 and 1:9 are readily available. 
•          These gearboxes can be found fitted to Balers, Mowers, Tillage equipment, Sprayers, Harvesters, Slashers, Silo’s and Auger drives.
